About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GIGAFACTRY INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the PCC-Private CFO Club Partner app and website. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them. For the DPDP Act, we are the Data Fiduciary for Partner data.

Data we collect

About you (Partner):

• Mobile number (used to sign in with a one-time password);
• Name, email address, pin code and date of birth;
• PAN and bank account details (for payouts and TDS);
• Your activity on the Platform: leads created, payouts, coins, courses completed, notification preferences (e.g. WhatsApp updates).

About Customers you refer (entered by you, with their consent):

• Name, mobile number, optional email, pin code and age;
• Employment type, monthly income and existing EMIs;
• Loan requirement: product, amount, tenure, purpose and, for home loans, property value and city.

Technical data: device type, operating system and app version, and basic logs needed to keep the service secure. We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera data.

How we use data

• To create and secure your account and verify your mobile number;
• To share a Customer’s application with the Lender selected by you, so the Lender can assess and process the loan;
• To calculate and pay your payouts, deduct and report TDS, and maintain tax and accounting records;
• To show your leads, wallet, coins, learning progress and notifications;
• To prevent fraud, misuse and violations of our Terms;
• To comply with law, regulators and lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell personal data and do not use Customer data for advertising.

Consent and legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you sign up and when you submit a lead, and for legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act, such as complying with law. Before submitting a Customer’s details you must obtain the Customer’s consent. You may withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect processing already done, and some services (such as payouts) may stop.

Who we share data with

• Lenders (banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies) you choose, only to process the specific loan application;
• Service providers acting on our instructions, such as Google Firebase for phone sign-in and cloud hosting, and our payment and SMS partners;
• Tax authorities, regulators, courts or law enforcement where required by law.

Service providers are bound by contracts to protect data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Storage and security

• On phones, PAN and bank details are encrypted in the Android Keystore / iOS Keychain and are accessible only while your device is unlocked.
• App data is excluded from device backups on Android.
• Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
• Our website uses strict security headers to protect against malicious scripts and click-jacking.

No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and app data. Payout and tax records are kept for the period required by tax laws (generally up to 8 years). Customer data shared with a Lender is retained by that Lender under its own policy.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• access a summary of your personal data and how it is processed;
• correct, complete or update your data (Profile → Edit Profile, Bank & KYC);
• erase your data (Profile → Delete my account, or by writing to us);
• withdraw consent;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
• raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise these rights, email grievance@privatecfo.club. We will respond within the time required by law.

Children

The Platform is only for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data of children.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage only to keep you signed in and to save your app data on your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
