Large monthly earnings as a PCC partner come from a steady pipeline of disbursed loans, not from one lucky deal. Commission per loan is variable: it depends on the lender, the product and the disbursed amount. So the number you can actually grow is disbursals, and the way to grow it is a better system.
Three levels of the business
- Level 1: about 10 disbursed loans a month, from your own referrals and a steady routine
- Level 2: about 30, with a few active partners you invited
- Level 3: about 100, with a team, each person holding their own pipeline
Work backwards from your target
For 30 disbursals, if 40% of referrals disburse, you need 75 referrals. If half of eligibility checks become referrals, you need 150 checks. If one in four conversations leads to a check, you need 600 conversations: about 27 every working day. These rates are examples, so use your own.
Fix conversion before volume
Raising your disbursal rate from 40% to 55% adds 11 disbursals on the same 75 referrals. Reading the credit report and property papers before you refer costs nothing and works better than sending more messages.
Where steady leads come from
- CAs and tax consultants, for self-employed clients
- Property brokers and builders, for home loans
- Past customers, with reminders at 6, 12 and 36 months
- Sub-partners you invite and train
Earnings are never guaranteed. They depend on the loans lenders approve and disburse. The Academy's Level 4 course, Road to ₹10 Lakh a month, covers team building, unit economics and tax planning in detail.
